Becoming a Laker means more than joining a team — it’s becoming part of a development-first program that prepares players for success in lacrosse and life. Our players grow through hard work, accountability, inclusivity, and leadership, supported by a structure that builds skills, athleticism, and confidence.

How to Join
There are three ways to become a Laker:
1. Register for Season or Supplemental Evaluations
- Players are evaluated for placement on a Lakers team and meet our coaching staff.
2. Submit a Lakers Interest Form
- For players who missed evaluations, this form lets our staff learn more about them and create the right development pathway.
3. Coach Recommendation
- A high school or association coach may submit a recommendation on behalf of a player.
