Preseason Development Academy

Our Preseason Development Academy is a focused training series built for players preparing for the demands of the upcoming high school season. With two sessions per week (Sundays and Thursdays), the work centers on raising execution speed, tightening fundamentals, and ensuring skills hold up as pace increases.

Each session targets high-school readiness through sharper stickwork, stronger positional understanding, and faster decision-making under pressure. Training is built around small-sided, game-real environments that increase touches, sharpen reads, and transfer directly to competition.

The environment stays focused on development. Players train through high-rep situations designed to build confidence, adaptability, and composure as demands increase heading into the spring.

Open to all middle school (7th & 8th graders) and high school players.

The Player Development Academy combines technical skill work, athletic development, and situational gameplay to build complete, confident players. Training is designed to maximize touches, repetitions, and decision-making through a balance of individual instruction and competitive application.
