High School (Twin Cities)

Our High School Program for the 2026/27 Season is designed for players competing at the Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Junior Varsity-B levels who are looking to continue their development through structured training and intentional competition.

The program consists of three teams: Premier, Twin Cities 17U, and North Shore 17U. Based on roster size and readiness, additional teams may be formed.

Players will receive over a 140 plus hours of total development (including speed & strength, lacrosse skills, and games).


  • 80 hours of lacrosse skills
  • 60 hours of speed & strength
  • 12-20 hours of games depending on team placement. Does not include optional tournament games.

PREMIER

  • Same coaching and development model as all Lakers teams.
  • Made up of grad years 2027, 2028, 2029, and 2030
  • Competes in the highest-level events on our schedule.
  • Players commit to additional attendance and consistency across the season.
  • Made up of players from the Twin Cities, our North Shore program, and sister program in New Jersey.

Twin Cities 17U

  • Same coaching and development model as all Lakers teams.
  • Made up of grad years 2028, 2029, and 2029.
  • Competes in strong local and regional events.
  • Maintains the full structure while offering more scheduling flexibility.
  • Option to compete in strong national events with North Shore 17U players.

Training

Practices are designed for high reps, high-quality touches, and high energy, combining lacrosse and athletic development in every session.


Speed & Conditioning

In addition to lacrosse skills, team concepts, and lacrosse IQ, players receive structured speed and conditioning training. All speed and conditioning is designed by our Strength & Conditioning Director, Antawan Walker, owner of UnTamed Sports, to match the demands of lacrosse and develop complete, durable athletes.

  • Integrated into fall practices on Sundays and summer practices (Twin Cities) on Tuesdays and Thursdays .
  • Additional training session during the off-season (September through February) during the week.
  • Remote programming available for athletes outside the metro.
