OUR PROGRAM'S TEAMS
2026 ID Development Session
The Minnesota Lakers 2026 ID Development Session is built for players who want extra reps in a development-first, competitive environment. Mirroring how Lakers train, giving players and families an authentic look at our pace, teaching style, and expectations.
The session includes athletic training and movement work, lacrosse-specific skill development, and small-sided gameplay designed to replicate real-game situations. Training is led by Lakers coaching staff in a high-tempo, teaching-focused environment centered on growth and execution.
Players should arrive 15 minutes early to check in, receive a reversible pinnie, and prepare for training. Players should bring their stick, goggles, mouthguard, turf or cleats, and a water bottle.
